The family is a sworn community in which trust and love are paramount, and it is there for you even when you are not well.
Even if you have so many personal goals of your own, the most important goals are still the ones you share with your loved ones. They are the things that are important to all of you and that unleash your shared energy.
Unfortunately, the family is too quickly "taken for granted". Even though it is very important that a family is uncomplicated and honest in its dealings with each other, it is important to actively take care of each other.
This involves talking to each other, setting common goals and working on them. And that's what the Challenge is all about “Family Power”.

Rules
This challenge will keep you and your family busy for a long time, but will also bring you together as a "family power team."
Sit together in a comfortable atmosphere and talk about what is important to you and find your most important common goals. These don't have to be "outlandish", but can be concrete things like "We want to go to Australia together this year". You are welcome to have several goals or goals of different sizes. The only thing that matters is that you agree and find a consensus, because the goal has to be important to all of you, because you will be working on it together. Write down the goals and post them somewhere you can see them at all times (e.g., refrigerator door).
Once you have found your annual goals (we recommend you work with annual goals), then plan together how to implement them. Maybe you need to save together towards the goal, maybe you need to do crafts, maybe you need to learn something together. Well, it depends on your goal.
You will receive Life Score points for both goal definition and implementation success.
