In our fast time we talk a lot about "deceleration". With it the head should come to rest and the stress become less. We want to cleanse our thoughts and thus bring our soul back into balance.
Every person who has had to master great professional, private or personal challenges over a long period of time can understand the necessity and intention of the principle of "deceleration".
So it's not so much a question of "why?", but "how?". Perhaps you have also often asked yourself the question of whether active measures for deceleration additionally fuel stress, since you now also need time for deceleration.
However, I can tell you from my own experience that this is not the case. A few minutes of switching off, a short time in which your thoughts are allowed to come to rest, a few moments of mental peace have an incredibly positive effect on your mental well-being.
You may not be able to change things, but by spending a few minutes "letting go of the problems" you can look at and solve them afterwards in a calmer, more neutral way and from a different perspective.

Rules
Take 15 minutes every day to clear your mind. Successful people like to meditate during this time. But also praying or a walk have the same effect. The only important thing is that you actively try to relax and do not mentally roll problems. This will not be easy for you at the beginning, but just as you can train a muscle, you can also train your head to let the negative thoughts fly for a certain time.
Please do this daily as a fixed routine and you will soon feel the changes (also physically). Once you have done this for a month (30 day challenge) you will get used to it and will not want to give it up. We will still reward you with Life-Score points for every single month you do this 15 minutes of relaxation.
