The Happiness Challenge is about you consciously doing something that makes you happy for 30 days. It should show you how beautiful life is and that it is worth being active and that you should not be satisfied with watching TV after work.
How does the Happiness Challenge work?
You start on a specific day. We recommend either the beginning of the month or a Monday. Now you should do something that brings you joy and makes you happy for the next 30 days. You will not only bring happiness into your life but also mindfulness and joy of life. You learn how beautiful life can be.
Include people you like in your challenge. Happiness becomes more when you share it, not less 😉

Examples of activities that make happy
We have written down a few examples of activities to be happy, but this is really only a small example. You can think of dozens more.
- Take the dog for a long walk
- Wear the favorite clothes
- Plant a tree
- Call an old friend
- Dancing through the living room
- Go to the cinema
- Visit a museum
- Sauna
- Walk in a nearby park
- Go to the swimming pool
- Create a new recipe
- Listening to the favorite playlist with a good glass of red wine
- Give a dinner party
- Picnic
- Join Cityrun with guided tour in your city
- Make soap bubbles
- Watch an old cartoon
- Drinking a hot chocolate in the bath
- Get inspiration on Pinterest
- (Buy and) read a good book
- Hug someone
- Make your own ice cream
- Go to the zoo
- Send flowers to parents
- Spruce up the apartment (buy decorations, rearrange furniture).
- Start a DIY project
- 24 hours social media rehab
- Visit a karaoke bar
- Have breakfast in bed and spend the whole day in pajamas
- Playing with children - no matter how old you are, if a child calls you on a toy phone, you answer and make the call.
- Meditate for 15 minutes
- Discard something you no longer need
- Plan a road trip
- Make popcorn and watch the favorite movie
- A game night with friends
- Take a dance class/cooking class
- Treat yourself to a massage
Life Score points and marble for the Happiness Challenge
One month of successfully completed Happiness Challenge will bring you 50 Life-Score Points. Being happy pays off 🙂
You will receive the beautiful marble in a diameter of 20mm. Supposedly, it is not completely transparent 😉
This is how you can take part in the Happiness Challenge
- Register briefly with the form below (at least if you are interested in the marble), otherwise you can just join in. Both will do you a lot of good.
- Now you just have to make yourself happy for 30 days. By the way, this works even better with two people.
- If you have done this, please fill out the form below again, but this time with the message that you have completed the challenge. We will send you the well-deserved Life Score points and the marble.
