A lot of coffee is drunk in Germany. It is said that the average German drinks around 150 liters of coffee a year. That's almost half a liter a day.
When I think about the topic of "coffee", the more aware I become of how much my everyday life is shaped by this black drink. It starts right after I get up with my "breakfast coffee", then at work I take several small "coffee breaks" throughout the day, after work I have a quick coffee with friends and then in the evening I often have "coffee after dinner", usually espresso.
In itself, coffee is certainly not the devil's stuff, but you should try out how you feel when you do without the beverage of desire for 30 days. I now know numerous people whose vitality and health has improved enormously with the renunciation of coffee.
But for that you just have to try it out. That is the reason why we have “no coffe” challenge have launched. 30 days without coffee. Tough, isn't it?

Rules for the "no coffee challenge
You can start this challenge at any time. To do so, you have to give up coffee for exactly 30 days. This of course includes espresso, cappuchino..... The only thing that is still okay is a decaffeinated coffee. But honestly, if you're already doing without coffee, you might as well do without decaffeinated coffee.
Life Score points for the no coffee challenge
For a month without coffee you can get 30 Life Score Punkte .
Just write us when you have completed the 30 days without coffee and we will send you the Life Score points.

Just try it out how you feel after a month without coffee. If you don't notice a difference, then at least you know 😉
