You certainly know people who seem to always have their lives 100% under control. They never forget a birthday, they have their finances under control, they always have time for their families and at work they also seem to be the absolute high flyers.
Yes, and then there's me.....! But what makes these people so successful? Quite simply, they are extremely productive. They don't have more time than others, but they use their time optimally through small habits.
And that's what the Productivity Challenge is all about. You learn small behavioral tricks that you test for 30 days. If they work for you, then continue them and take on the next productivity trick for the next 30 days.
It is important that you judge for yourself after 30 days whether the respective behavior has helped you or not. You are different from other people, so do only what suits you! But you should at least try our proven tricks.

How the Productivity Challenge works
Im folgenden Kapitel „Life hacks for more productivity“ findest Du ein paar Vorschläge für Verhaltensweisen die Dich zu mehr Produktivität führen.
Choose one of them and do it consistently for 30 days. After 30 days, if you think the new behavior will help you, continue with a positive assessment, otherwise stop. Either way, you have earned the Life Score points. But of course you can continue with the next Life Hack after 30 days.

Life hacks for more productivity
Small changes in behavior can have a big impact on your productivity. You don't have to try all of the following productivity life hacks, and I'm sure we've only listed a small portion of the possible hacks here. That's why we welcome new suggestions.
The two minutes rule
Die „zwei Minuten Regel“ soll Dich davor bewahren kleine Aufgaben mehrfach anzupacken oder sie zu vergessen. Wie funktioniert das? Ganz einfach.
Complete all tasks that take less than two minutes immediately!
An example:: transferring a bill, making a phone call, changing batteries, taking a bike to the basement, etc.
After the immediate completion you have these tasks out of your head and you don't have to think about them anymore. Besides, you are proud to have done something reliable again.
All other tasks write on a list that can be prioritized and scheduled later. You will see how much stress this approach takes out of your everyday life!
The five minute rule - outsmart your inner bastard
We humans tend not to tackle big tasks because success seems so far away. So if you don't feel like doing a certain job, the 5-minute rule will help you.
You make a deal with yourself to work on the task for only 5 minutes, after which you can stop. The trick is that you don't have to stop.
So if you're already doing it and you reach a certain flow, the likelihood that you'll just keep going is high. And before you know it, the task is done.
And if you stop after five minutes, that's okay too and you'll try again later. You can still be proud of yourself, because you have outsmarted the pig dog!

- 30 Life Score points - Three yellow marbles with a diameter of 16mm
- 500 Life Score Points - One yellow marble with a diameter of 20mm
- 100 Life Score Points - One yellow marble with a diameter of 25mm
