How does the Avoid convenience food Challenge work?
First of all, you should ask yourself whether and how many industrially processed finished products you normally consume. You should know what you need the next 30 days We are of course aware that you probably won't succeed if you really have to give up ALL convenience/processed foods. That's why we've created the following two categories. The goal is for you to give up convenience foods from at least one category in 30 days.
- Verzicht auf „gängige“ Fertigproduktee (z.B. Aufbackpizza, Mikrowellengerichte oder Fast-Food aus Schnellrestaurants, Dosen- und Instantprodukte wie Tütensuppen, -soßen, Aufwärmnudelgerichte o.ä.)
- Abstain from all convenience/processed foods. So on all products from the first category plus the remaining, processed foods such as (e.g. make pasta, bread and chips yourself, use only fresh fruit, vegetables or milk).
Du merkst schon, dass die zweite Kategorie viel schwerer einzuhalten ist als die Erste. Deshalb „belohnen“ wir sie auch extra.
