You can look at life from a positive or a negative perspective. Often you do not do this consciously, but your everyday life and environment "shapes" you.
A study by Robert Emmons has found that you have the opportunity to actively influence the perspective to the positive. A good method for this is that you actively make yourself aware of what you can be grateful for.
Every coach will advise you to keep a gratitude diary. And even if I am always very cautious with suggestions of various "coaches", I support this suggestion, because it actually brings you an added value.
To do this, you only need to take a few minutes a day and write down three to five things for which you are grateful. By doing this, you will steer your thoughts in a positive direction, because you will become aware of what good things are currently happening to you in life. And that is exactly why we have the Grateful for… Challenge launched.
I firmly believe that knowing what you are grateful for will make you happier and healthier.
This is how the Grateful for… Challenge
You take a few minutes every evening and think about three to five things for which you are grateful. You write these down in a small booklet. Do this for 30 days to get the Life Score points.
After the thirty days, you can write to us and we will send you the Life Score points. Nevertheless, our Challenge is only meant to be an impulse. You can try it out for 30 days and see if writing down the good things in your life does you any good. But actually you should continue this.
A new challenge every Monday! Stay informed!

Your gratitude diary
Actually, you only need a notepad or a journal in which you like to write. Of course, there are great gratitude journals that are only worthwhile if they motivate you.
To get you started, we'd like to share the following ideas with you:
- Reserve a few minutes of free space in the evening. When exactly, you decide yourself. Personally, I use the five minutes that I am faster in bed than my wife.
- Now think about what you are grateful for. This can also be "unusual" things, but sometimes it is above all things that seem to us already natural.
- Write down about three to five things that this applies to.
- Keep your eye on the ball and start with three things, you can expand this at any time.
