Du bist damit nicht allein. Die meisten Menschen leben entweder in der Vergangenheit (&#8222;<em>wei\u00dft Du noch, als wir&#8230;.<\/em>&#8222;) oder in der Zukunft &#8222;<em>Wenn ich mal in Rente gehe, dann werde ich&#8230;.<\/em>&#8222;. Das ist eigentlich sehr traurig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What counts is the NOW, because now you live! Why should you wait for a beautiful life in the future? I do not mean that you should not provide for the future, but do not forget to enjoy the present. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bewusste Leben in der Gegenwart, das Sp\u00fcren der Gegenwart und das Genie\u00dfen der Gegenwart nennt man &#8222;Achtsamkeit&#8220; (engl. &#8222;mindfulness&#8220;). Achtsamkeit bedeutet, Dich selbst und Deinen K\u00f6rper bewusst wahrzunehmen und das Ganze erst einmal ohne Bewertung. This includes the conscious experience of one's own feelings, thoughts, the body and the external environment. Mindfulness training should help you to become aware of the present and to be able to enjoy it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It's the simple things in life that provide that little bit of happiness: a lovingly prepared meal, a good conversation with someone, or the new leaves on the trees in spring, things you haven't paid attention to in a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Examples of how you can train mindfulness using the example of a meal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take enough time for your meal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook fresh (if possible) and choose your food yourself and buy it consciously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put your smartphone away while you eat and turn off the TV. Just enjoy your food!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chew at least 20-30 times before swallowing your food. This ensures better digestion and a better taste experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consciously feel the consistency of your meals in your mouth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try to guess the ingredients if you have not cooked yourself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Halfway through the meal, put your cutlery aside and feel if you are already full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consciously stop eating as soon as you are full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hoffe, Du verstehst nun aufgrund des Beispiels was &#8222;achtsames Essen&#8220; bedeutet. Das hat nichts mit Chacka oder etwas in der Art zu tun. Es geht nur um das bewusste Erleben etwas so sch\u00f6nes wie einem guten Essen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, this is just an example and you can experience and practice mindfulness in any life situation. And that is exactly what the <em>mindfulness challenge means<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does the Mindfulness Challenge work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dein Ziel ist es Dein Leben in der Gegenwart zu erleben. Daf\u00fcr musst Du mit einem Bereich Deines Lebens anfangen daran zu arbeiten. Um bei dem Beispiel des Essens zu bleiben&#8230;.. Du probierst 30 Tage lang aus wie es sich anf\u00fchlt die o.g. Punkte bewusst zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Du legst das Telefon weg beim Essen und machst den Fernseher aus, kaust richtig und und und. Wenn Du einen Mehrwert erkennst (wovon wir \u00fcberzeugt sind), dann mach das auch nach den 30 Tagen weiter, wenn nicht, dann h\u00f6r auf damit. Du bekommst jedoch die Life-Score Punkte bereits nach 30 Tagen des Achtsamkeits-Tests beim Essen. Wenn Du aber \u00fcberzeugt bist, dass es Dir einen Mehrwert bringt, dann versuch doch in den n\u00e4chsten 30 Tagen den n\u00e4chsten Lebensbereich achtsam zu gestalten ohne Dein lieb gewonnenes Verhalten beim Essen zu \u00e4ndern.
