Du hast bestimmt davon geh\u00f6rt. Dabei wird Menschen empfohlen, jeden Tag mindestens 10.000 Schritte zu gehen (oder zu laufen).  Auch wenn diese Challenge sich so &#8222;unspektakul\u00e4r&#8220; anh\u00f6rt, so hat sie einen enorm positiven Einfluss auf Deine Gesundheit und ist deshalb absolut zu empfehlen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sports University of Cologne, together with the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, has found that you can prevent type 2 diabetes (adult-onset diabetes) by taking 10,000 steps a day. It is therefore worthwhile to be consistent \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"alltagstipps-zum-sammeln-von-10-000-schritten\">Everyday tips for collecting of 10,000 steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Walk your way to work (if possible)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the stairs instead of the elevator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the printer so that you have to stand up for each printout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make phone calls while standing up and walking around.
