You've certainly heard that cold showers are healthy and you've certainly tried it. Ok, sometimes maybe unintentionally, but you know what it's like when the cold shower spray hits your skin.
However, cold showers are not only used for health promotion but also represent one of the techniques for generating mental strength in mental training and it is a preliminary exercise for bathing in cold water, up to ice bathing.

What are the advantages of taking cold showers?
Numerous recognized studies prove that it is healthy to take cold showers. But cold showers can do much more. Therefore, here are the most important advantages in a nutshell.
